John Redden R.H. is a Traditional Herbalist with over 25 years of experience in growing and wildcrafting herbs and manufacturing herbal remedies.

He is the founder and owner of Viriditas Herbal Products, and a long-time professional member of the Ontario Herbalists Association.

John's articles are regularly published in the Canadian Journal of Herbalism, and he is well-known throughout Ontario for his hands-on herbal lectures and workshops at area Universities and Colleges.

John's interest in healing took root while working in hospital emergency rooms during pre-med studies in the U.S. On his path through the field of herbs, John has lived and worked at the Findhorn Foundation in Scotland, studied with First Nations elders and apprenticed with some of the leaders of the modern herbal renaissance.
